We value customer service so highly that our retention rate is always high. Our customers know that our price reflects our service level and the amount of effort we put in to recruiting the right staff and training them well. We are responsive and we will always reply to queries, comments, complaints or last-minute requests with the same urgency. Our company ethics mean that we strongly value our staff – our people are employed by us, rather than being contractors – and believe in fair working practices and continuous development for all. However, the most important value for us is Health & Safety. This has always been integral to our service. However, in 2020, our clients became keenly aware of the importance of extremely careful, hygienic practices at all times.

Recently, we’ve been delighted to win several significant new contracts on the basis of our strong Health & Safety record. We weren’t the cheapest company in the running for any of the contracts, but because we could demonstrate our commitment to our clients safety, they signed up with us.
SafeContractor Certificate
In 2020, we were rewarded for many hours or hard work and scrupulous preparation by receiving our SafeContractor certificate. This mattered to us very much because we know how much it matters to our clients. Through Armour Risk Consulting, we worked on multiple areas of Healthy & Safety to gain our certificate and also to bring our Health & Safety policy right up to date. Categories include:

- Electrical Equipment
- Fire Safety
- First Aid
- Health Surveillance and Management of Stress
- Management of Water Systems
- Manual Handling
- PPE
- Protection of new and expectant mothers, and of young persons and children
